New laws allowing open-enrollment, vouchers to private schools and false stereotypes about Des Moines Public Schools had impacted enrollment. The facts and the stats about DMPS told a story the public wasn’t hearing. That at DMPS students can find their calling within the most comprehensive curriculum in Iowa.
We gave them a confident POV that celebrates its strengths and delivers on what parents want most: A nurturing environment where their child is prepared to succeed in the real world.

DMPS Retention
Building on the momentum of Come Here, Become Here, this campaign was focused on middle school retention.
The superintendent of DMPS, Dr. Roberts, leads with Radical Empathy. With this campaign we wanted to speak to that and showcase all of the amazing things happening at DMPS. We also had a chance to show DMPS through the eyes of their students.
